LIFT
Each LIFT class offers a strength training workout, implementing progressive overload each week and ensuring proper rest times between sets. Our LIFT classes are designed to help you reach your muscle growth goals!
WEIGHTS & ROW
Our WEIGHTS & ROW class is divided into 3 sections, WEIGHTS - for full body strength, ABS - to strengthen your core & ROW- a mixture of rowing and cardio exercises. This class is a great way to get a full body workout in and a good sweat sesh!
HIIT
HIIT classes are different every time, including different variations including AMRAP & EMOM style workouts. A great way to switch up your cardio routine and burn some calories. Come prepared to sweat!
Beginner lift/hiit
We offer a beginner version of our LIFT and HIIT classes for individuals who have never went to the gym before to learn the basics before jumping into our regular classes!
